WHAT IS THE GRAD NIGHT PARTY? 

Each year, Mountainside High School senior parents organize and host an all-night graduation party to celebrate seniors in a safe, drug- and alcohol-free environment. The goal is to provide an unforgettable evening where students can celebrate their achievement and enjoy time with classmates.

Note: This event is not sponsored or endorsed by the Beaverton School District. All planning and fundraising are handled by the Grad Night Planning Committee.

 

WHERE IS THE GRAD NIGHT PARTY? 

The location is a surprise; Graduates won’t find out until they arrive at the event. Important Details:

• Students must arrive at the MHS Gym Entrance by TBD PM on graduation night.

• Buses will depart at XXX PM to take graduates to the venue.

• All students will return to MHS by XXX AM on Saturday, June 5, 2027.

For safety and liability reasons, all students must ride the bus to and from the venue. No early departures or alternative transportation is allowed.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF A TICKET TO GRAD NIGHT 27?
Tickets are $100 until January 31, 2026.  Starting Feb 1, tickets will be $115.

We want every senior to have the opportunity to attend Grad Night, regardless of financial circumstances. If you need assistance, please speak with your school counselor. We have resources available to ensure all eligible students can participate.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be issued.

CAN GRAD NIGHT 27 ACCOMODATE MY DIETARY NEEDS, ALLERGIES, REQUIRED MEDICATION, OR OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS?

DO YOU NEED PARENT VOLUNTEERS?
Yes!  Parent volunteers are essential for a successful event. There will be opportunities to help with:
Fundraising events
Setup and supervision on Grad Night
Prize and donation coordination
Please keep an eye on all senior communications in the weekly Mav Express for volunteer sign-up opportunities.
