What is the Grad Party?

Each year, Mountainside High School senior parents organize and host an all-night graduation party to celebrate seniors in a safe, drug- and alcohol-free environment. The goal is to provide an unforgettable evening where students can celebrate their achievement and enjoy time with classmates.

Note: This event is not sponsored or endorsed by the Beaverton School District. All planning and fundraising are handled by the Grad Night Planning Committee.

 

What Activities Will Be at the Party?

This event is packed with fun, energy, and unforgettable experiences. Activities include:

  • Swimming

  • Basketball

  • Pickleball

  • Volleyball

  • Craft Room

  • Video Game Room

  • Lounge Room

  • Delicious Food & Drinks

There will also be over $3,000 in raffle prizes given away throughout the night.

The main entertainment is a surprise—attendees will have to show up to find out. Most importantly, this is a chance to make memories that will last a lifetime. There’s truly something for everyone.

Ticket Sales Open: August 14, 2025
Deadline to Purchase: May 27, 2026

Purchasing by the deadline ensures accurate headcount for venue, transportation, and catering.

 

Ticket Pricing

Take advantage of early bird rates:

  • $85 – August 14 to September 30, 2025

  • $100 – October 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026

  • $115 – February 1 to May 27, 2026

The earlier you buy, the more you save.

 

What If a Family Can't Afford the Cost?

Every senior should have the opportunity to attend Grad Night, regardless of financial circumstances. If you need assistance, please speak with your school counselor. We have resources available to ensure all eligible students can participate.

 

Where Is the Party and How Long Does It Last?

The location is a surprise—students won’t find out until the night of the event.

Important Details:

  • Students must arrive at the MHS Gym Entrance by 8:45 PM on graduation night.

  • Buses will depart at 9:15 PM to take graduates to the venue.

  • All students will return to MHS by 5:30 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

For safety and liability reasons, all students must ride the bus to and from the venue. No early departures or alternative transportation is allowed.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

Who Organizes the Party?

The Grad Party is organized by a team of dedicated senior parents, who lead specific planning committees. Planning for Grad Night 2026 began in January 2025. It’s a large undertaking—but a fun and rewarding one.

 

Parent Volunteers Needed

Parent volunteers are essential for a successful event. There will be opportunities to help with:

  • Fundraising events

  • Setup and supervision on Grad Night

  • Prize and donation coordination

Please keep an eye on all senior communications for volunteer sign-up opportunities.

 

How Can Families Help Support the Grad Party?

  • Participate in fundraising events

  • Donate the cost of a ticket for a student in need

  • Make a direct financial contribution

  • Ask friends or businesses to consider sponsorship
